Experience great hunting and fellowship on a fund raising whitetail hunt in the Alabama Black Belt. You will be one of 60+ hunters during the rut on thousands of acres of private land ranging 4 counties. ​Enjoy southern hospitality at its best as we put you on deer and feed you to you to your heart's content.

Hunt Package:  2 days of semi-guided whitetail deer hunting during the rut in Alabama’s Black Belt region with local guides on private land - 4 hunts or hunt all day both days. Opportunity for hog and varmint available. Game will be cleaned, quartered and refrigerated until your departure. Meals provide including an awards banquet Saturday night with raffle including chance for a long gun.

We'll be there from noon until the last hunter checks in. The grill will be going late in the afternoon with burgers and Conecuh Sausage dogs. Come hang out with the other hunters, landowners, staff and skinners. This is an opportunity to break the ice, get the lay of the land and for final coordination with your guide.

Hunt morning and afternoon or take a snack and stay all day. We'll provide you a handout with local eateries and shops.

Awards Banquet @ Fairgrounds
After the last deer are processed we'll sit down to a hot meal with appetizers available before supper service.  We will finish with awards and a raffle. Opportunities for guns and other items.

Bag Limits:  1 antlered and 1 unantlered deer per day, except spotted fawns.

License:  A 3-day trip license is required for out of state residents. Alabama residents need a resident hunting license. A license is required for everyone 16 or older. FDA Hunt Benefits Dual Enrollment Scholarship - ​The FDA Deer Hunt offers a scholarship to all FDA students who participate in the Dual Enrollment Program @ LBW Community College, which operates under the guidelines of Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees Policy 801.03. This allows students to earn college and high school credits for the same class.

All college credits earned are transferable to public colleges and universities in Alabama under the State Transfer and Articulation Reporting System..
