June through mid July is the best time for larger halibut and lingcod aswell as nice chinooks (kings) in the 10 -20 lb. range. Mid July through the end of August will produce large Chinooks up to Fifty pound's in the Bamfield area as well as an abundance of nice Chicken sized Hali's, mid August through September will provide large Coho (silver's) and Chinooks as well.
