Not much out there gets us excited like chasing free range wildlife. We will hunt anything that has a season, and specialize in trophy deer hunts in southern Ohio, Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Virginia, and anywhere else we think we can kill a monster. If you want to chase turkeys in the spring, shoot waterfowl in the swamp, or try to put a tag on ol mossy horns then you have come to the right place!

 

All hunts are kid friendly. We will try to accommodate any request if it is within our means.

Deer Hunting
Whether you want a to try and kill a monster or put some meat in the freezer you have come to the right place!

Ohio Hunts – We went to southern Ohio for one reason… Giant Bucks. Ohio has been putting Boone & Crockett bucks in the record
books for years and we wanted a piece of the action. Our goal is to harvest bucks that are 5.5+ years old or over 150”. Ohio only allows one buck tag per hunter, minimal gun hunting, so couple that with the low population density in Southern Ohio and you have a recipe for big boned, mature deer. We scout all year long trying to learn everything we can about the deer and where they live. We have stands and cameras all over the place. If you want to harvest a deer that you will be proud of every time you see him on the wall, come hunt with us.

Virginia Hunts – The crew at PTHs all grew up hunting in Virginia and we know how to put the meat on the ground. We have chased big bucks in the southeast and pushed every cutover between there and the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you want to fill the freezer and have a chance at putting a Virginia Monarch on the ground then you have come to the right place.

Turkey Hunting
There is not much that beats an early spring morning in the woods and hearing the wildlife wake up when all of a sudden an echoing gobble rings out not 100 yards from where you are standing. There is nothing else we would rather do in April and May than chase thunder chickens in Virginia and Ohio. These are 3-6 hour hunts and often end in the first hours with you filling your tag on an old long beard.

Waterfowl Hunting
TAK’EM! The best words you can hear when you are in the blind with PTHs! We hunt the swamps, river bottoms, open water (salt or
fresh), ag fields, and anything that holds waterfowl that we can hunt. Some hunts are easy and some hunts will put you to the test, but it’s all about doing it right every time. More than just the shooting is the fellowship time in the blind, and the beautiful scenic views that come with waterfowl hunting. You will not be disappointed if you choose to experience a hunt with us.

Other Hunts
If you want to hunt we can help. We have been successful in everything including: predator hunting, squirrel hunts, night time raccoon hunting, dove hunts, bow fishing, and anything else you might want to do. Run it by us and we will see what we can come up with that fits your needs!

Land Management
To be a successful outdoorsman, you have to understand the land, and be able to improve your odds. In our pursuit of God’s Creation we have learned many things that enhance the land you hunt. This includes food plots, bedding areas, travel corridors, security for wildlife, soil building, and so much more.
